Hi guys if you have read some of my other posts you will know that in 2015 I am trying to smarten up my image I've always had a laid back sort of look, it's what I feel most comfortable in, but it's time to change things up I think I'm 32 and now I have entered in to the blog world I've come to notice that everyone is dressed so nice and a lot attention is taken over appearance. A Close Shave by Bearded Colonel

Hi guys for those who haven't noticed from my profile - I have a beard and it's been growing now for around 7 months, maybe a bit more, check out my beard progress on my Twitter page found here I've always had stubble but never a full beard My beard is not the thickest but I think it looks OK and I get plenty of comments from people saying they like it and that I suit it. Enjoying life as a male blogger

I have just began my 4th week of blogging and I can not believe how much I am enjoying it. Before I actually plucked up the courage to start my blog I was having serious doubts because I've never been know for expressing my opinions. Father Son Bond

The importance of a father son bond is something that plays a big part in my life I'm 32, and my son is 9 but because I'm a big kid at heart my self we share a lot of common interests We Both play rugby, and I will admit he's far better at it than me. Aloe Vera Moisturising Mist

If you have read my recent posts you will know I'm on a bit of a health kick. If you haven't have a look here I'm just getting in to my third week and things are going OK. There's only been a few days where I have skipped the healthy eating part but that's mainly because of my job. Its hard working outside in the freezing temperatures that we have been having over the last few week and only having a chicken salad sandwich for dinner so I opted for a few nice, warm, unhealthy meals instead. A New me

I So for my 3rd outfit post I wanted to write about something which is totally out of the norm for me. But something that I would love to do more of in the future. That is -Dress smart I will be honest with you I do own a suit but it's the one I got married in.
